Reviews

What our patients say

Tyler — Dr. William Hopson

“Healing hands is how I describe Hopson’s chiropractor, made me feel so much better. I been in pain for years”
Susan Gonzales · Google
“Dr. William Hopson is very personal and professional. The first session is educational and thorough and includes X-rays. I have seen several other chiropractors and have experienced several different approaches to trying to solve my lower back pain and occasional neck and shoulder pain. After the first session with Dr. Hopson, I could tell I would finally have relief from chronic nagging lower back pain. I was skeptical that the relief would last so I returned for maybe one or two more sessions and my lower back pain has not returned for several months now!! I still visit his office on the rare occasion just to assure that no pain ever returns. I wish I could leave this review on all the competitors in town to save others the expense and time in pain. I can't recommend Dr. Hopson's chiropractic services enough!!!”
Jill Bounds · Google
“He is very professional and good at what he does.”
RC H · Google

Chandler — Dr. Lana Hopson

“I am completely amazed at how much Dr. Hobson has helped me. Not been to a chiropractor in over 40 years, and she is substantially better than the ones in my past. I recommend her👍”
Buddy Bailey · Google
“The staff is excellent very attentive. I know Dr. Hopson has done a great job with my particular needs.”
Kimberly Williams · Google
“I'm new to the area and was putting off finding a new chiropractor. I'm so glad I saw Dr. Hopson. She is a great listener and created the best treatment plan I have ever had (for past injuries & 2 back surgeries). I'm still in treatment; and my sleep & pain levels are greatly improved. I highly recommend Dr. Hopson!”

New patient FAQs

What does the new patient special include?

Your new patient special ($49) includes your consultation, exam, X-rays and first adjustment. We review your exam findings with you in plain language before any treatment begins, so you know what we recommend and why.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake paperwork, or print your office’s forms from our Patient Forms page and fill them out ahead of time.

How long is the first appointment?

It varies with your health history and what your exam involves. Call our Tyler or Chandler office and we’ll tell you how much time to set aside for your first visit.

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?

For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle, though some people feel mild, temporary soreness afterward, much like after exercise. You may hear a soft “pop” as pressure releases from a joint — that’s normal. We explain what we’re doing first and tailor every technique to your comfort.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. Texas is a direct-access state, so you can see a chiropractor without a referral from your physician. Some insurance plans set their own referral rules, so if you plan to use insurance, call our office and we’ll go over your options.

Is chiropractic care safe?

For most people, yes. Chiropractic is a widely recognized, conservative, drug-free approach to many musculoskeletal conditions. Your exam helps us flag anything outside our scope, and we’ll refer you to the right provider when that’s the better path.

Do you take insurance?

Coverage for chiropractic care varies by plan. Call our Tyler or Chandler office and we’ll go over your options before your first visit. You can also ask about our $49 new patient special, which includes your consultation, exam, X-rays and first adjustment.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Whether HSA or FSA funds can be used depends on your plan’s rules, so check with your plan administrator first. Then call our Tyler or Chandler office and we’ll go over the payment options available to you.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your condition, how long you’ve had it, and your goals. Your doctor will recommend a schedule after your exam and explain the reasoning, so you can decide what’s right for you.

Can children and pregnant patients be seen?

Yes. Dr. William Hopson and Dr. Lana Hopson are both certified in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic, and Dr. Lana Hopson, who sees patients at our Chandler office, is also Webster Technique certified. Techniques are always adapted to be safe and comfortable for each stage.
