Trusted chiropractic care for Whitehouse
About 17 minutes (8.9 miles) from our Tyler office
Whitehouse sits just southeast of Tyler in Smith County, a fast-growing community of roughly 8,300 residents strung along State Highway 110 between its downtown City Center and the shoreline of Lake Tyler. Hopson Chiropractic has served Tyler, Chandler and East Texas since 1999, and Whitehouse patients are always welcome — our Tyler office, where Dr. William Hopson sees patients, is about 8.9 miles north via TX-110 (Troup Highway).
Whether it is back pain that has built up over years of work, neck pain from long hours at a screen, or sciatica that flares after a long drive, the approach is the same: a thorough exam first, a clear explanation of what we find, then a specific plan built around your goals.
Our care ranges from precise chiropractic adjustments and non-surgical spinal decompression to myofascial release and athlete care — call our office and we’ll help you find the right fit. New patients are welcome, and our $49 new patient special covers your consultation, exam, X-rays, and first adjustment.
Proudly serving: Windsor Park, Country Gardens, West Lake Estates, Lost Creek Estates, Shadowwood Acres, Copeland, Walnut Grove.
Local, trusted care
Why Whitehouse chooses Hopson Chiropractic
Whitehouse has grown from a small railroad stop on the old International-Great Northern line into one of Smith County's fastest-growing family suburbs, and the households filling neighborhoods like Windsor Park near the City Center, Country Gardens down toward Gardenview Park, West Lake Estates out by Lake Tyler, and the Copeland and Walnut Grove areas west of town are exactly the patients Hopson Chiropractic is glad to serve. Life here keeps a spine busy: weekends on the Blackhawk Creek Hike & Bike Trail, at City Park or out on Lake Tyler, Friday nights cheering the Whitehouse Wildcats (Patrick Mahomes' old high school), and weekday commutes up State Highway 110 into Tyler for work. Dr. William Hopson welcomes Whitehouse patients of every age, from young athletes to grandparents, with care that is gentle, hands-on, and completely drug-free.
Reaching the office is an easy drive. From downtown Whitehouse, our Tyler office, where Dr. William Hopson sees patients, is a straight run north on TX-110 (Troup Highway) to E Grande Blvd on Tyler's south side — under ten miles and about a 17-minute trip. New Whitehouse patients can begin with our $49 special, which includes a consultation, exam, X-rays, and a first adjustment, so it's simple to get checked out without a long haul. Whether you live near East Main Street, in the newer subdivisions south of the City Center, or out toward Lost Creek Estates and Shadowwood Acres, we're proud to be an East Texas practice Whitehouse families can count on close to home.
What we help with
Common concerns we help Whitehouse patients with
Lower-back pain
Long drives, desk work, and physical jobs all load the lumbar spine. We identify what is actually driving the pain before building a plan.
Learn more →Neck pain and tech neck
Forward-head posture from phones and screens adds steady load to the neck. We check how your posture and neck joints are moving before recommending care.
Learn more →Sciatica and radiating leg pain
Chiropractic care and non-surgical spinal decompression for the deep, traveling nerve pain that makes sitting or standing miserable.
Learn more →Headaches and migraines
When a headache starts in the cervical spine, targeted chiropractic care may help. We look at your neck, posture, and daily habits first.
Learn more →Sprains and strains
Weekend athletes, youth sports, and physical work all produce soft-tissue injuries. We evaluate the injury and build a hands-on plan around your activity.
Learn more →Auto-accident injuries
Whiplash and crash-related pain often show up days later, so an early evaluation matters. Call our office and we’ll go over your options.

What our patients say
Tyler — Dr. William Hopson
“Healing hands is how I describe Hopson’s chiropractor, made me feel so much better. I been in pain for years”
“Dr. William Hopson is very personal and professional. The first session is educational and thorough and includes X-rays. I have seen several other chiropractors and have experienced several different approaches to trying to solve my lower back pain and occasional neck and shoulder pain. After the first session with Dr. Hopson, I could tell I would finally have relief from chronic nagging lower back pain. I was skeptical that the relief would last so I returned for maybe one or two more sessions and my lower back pain has not returned for several months now!! I still visit his office on the rare occasion just to assure that no pain ever returns. I wish I could leave this review on all the competitors in town to save others the expense and time in pain. I can't recommend Dr. Hopson's chiropractic services enough!!!”
Chandler — Dr. Lana Hopson
“I am completely amazed at how much Dr. Hobson has helped me. Not been to a chiropractor in over 40 years, and she is substantially better than the ones in my past. I recommend her👍”
“The staff is excellent very attentive. I know Dr. Hopson has done a great job with my particular needs.”
